If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange. For exchanges, the buyer must pay for return shipping – Ems for Kids will then post the replacement items. For refunds on faulty/defective items, the buyer must supply proof of return postage cost, and Ems for Kids will reimburse the customer for this expense.

While not mandatory, we suggest ensuring all returned parcels have tracking.

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it if it is faulty or defective. We do not provide refunds for change of mind.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep any receipts received via email or post.

Un-used, un-worn items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order. However, please contact our returns department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA).
